Homeport Polska, us, our - Homeport Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw.
Customer - the user of the BBbike System who registered in the BBbike System on the website, accepted the Regulations and the Agreement and paid the initial fee of 10.00 PLN gross (in words: ten Polish zlotys and 00/100).

GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Homeport s.r.o. - the supplier of technical and teleinformatic infrastructure. Homeport s.r.o. is a supplier of the IT system where registration is necessary in order to use the BBBike System.
Website - the website belonging to Homeport Polska sp. z o.o., under which Homeport Polska sp. z o.o. provides its services at: www.bbbike.eu.
BBbike System – a technical and teleinformatic infrastructure operating 24 hours a day, software, devices and bicycles serving for the purpose of implementation of the maintenance-free service of a short-term bicycle rental, hereinafter referred to as the “Service” and “Rental”.
3. Collecting and processing of personal data
As in the case of most websites, while visiting our Website the following data is collected routinely: the name of the operator (IP address, anonymous), the website from which you entered our Website, the visited subpages of the Website, the type of the browser and date and duration of the visit. This information is subject to an anonymous evaluation and can not be used to identify the persons visiting the Website. The information collected shall be used only for the purpose of improving the attractiveness and functionality of the Website. To this end, we undertook the necessary technical and organizational steps to ensure the compliance with the provisions of law on the protection of data privacy.
Moreover, Homeport Polska shall be entitled to collect and process the users’ data in the form of their name and surname and e-mail address and possibly other data provided by them voluntarily (for example phone number) in order to send queries or submit comments concerning the functioning of the Website. a) entities acting uder our instructions on our behalf who provide and support Homeport Polska teleinformatic systems as the BBbike system operator (general teleinformatic infrastructure, e-mail etc.).
In case of entities providing services for Homeport Polska (that is acting under its instructions and on its behalf), Homeport Polska shall enter into a personal data processing agreement and the data will be entrusted only to the entities guaranteeing an appropriate level of security of the entrusted personal data.
The user shall have the right to access his data, the right to request its rectification or request its erasure, the right to restrict its processing, to move it, to object to data processing and the right to withdraw consent to data processing, subject to the provisions on personal data protection. Personal data received shall be processed only for the time necessary to reply to the query. At the moment when the storage of data is no longer needed, it shall be erased or anonymized in a safe and permanent way, or access to it shall be blocked in the scope required by the relevant provisions of law on retention of personal data.
We make every effort to ensure the security of your personal data. The website to which the user is redirected for registration in the BBbike System uses the encrypted data transmission (SSL) which ensures the protection of the data identifying you and it significantly hinders the interception of the access to your data by unauthorized systems or persons.
